Family and emergency contact information is our vital link to you regarding your student(s). If your family is new to our school, you will receive login information to our Parent Portal when your student begins summer school classes or in your back to school packet, which comes out in late July.
If you are a returning family, your account is already set up and you can continue to use your login information from the previous year. You will receive new forms for contact info in a summer packet, please return those forms to school with contact information by the first day.
Whether you are new or returning family, please login to the parent portal by Sept. 1 and under the family data tab verify the information displayed is current. Perhaps you have moved, discontinued your landline service, or changed to a new email system — please let us know.
On the parent portal, you can also view your child’s grades, attendance, discipline record and lunch account balance.
Whenever any revisions are needed, parents or guardians must notify Sharon Fennewald at email@example.com or call 573-635-6139.
A copy of the divorce decree must be available in the main office. Non-custodial parents will be sent notifications regarding newsletters, report cards, etc. unless a court order prohibits. Custodial parent has the responsibility of providing a copy of divorce decree and notifying the office if non-custodial parent is not to receive mailings from school or is not to have contact with student. Each parent (both custodial and non-custodial) has the obligation of providing correct contact information.
Many Helias teachers use Google classroom to communicate with students, make assignments and collect homework. The teachers may have their classroom link posted under their name on the Faculty tab. As a parent, you may add your email address to a Google classroom so that you also receive the same information as your student at your email address.
Bring Your Own Device Policy
Helias does not provide devices on a one-to-one basis for our students. Many teachers do not require a device for their class. However, some upper level classes do suggest bring a device to class for notetaking, participation etc. Please contact the Helias IT Director with questions. Tim Hronick
All-faculty Parent Teacher Conferences are held in September and are optional for families. All members of the faculty are available on the designated evening for families to discuss their students progress. Any family may request a conference at any time during the school year by contacting a teacher via email.
Most of the school’s calendars are maintained as Google calendars and accessed from the website homepage. All calendars can be viewed on mobile devices. A one year calendar list is also available on the home page that contains all major all-school events.
Most Fridays during the school year, the Principal will send a newsletter home to families with information on what is happening in our school and what to expect in the coming week. If you are not receiving the newsletter, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Helias Parents’ Club is an organization comprised of parents AND guardians of ALL Helias students. This organization is dedicated to supporting all programs at Helias Catholic High School by raising money which is gifted back to the Helias General Fund to help keep tuition costs affordable for every student.
