Mrs. Rockers accepts $1,000 grant for STEM and robotics programs

Anika Careaga of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers on Monday, May 6, presented a $1,000 grant to Helias Catholic High School's Mrs. Melissa Rockers for robotics and STEM camps and projects.

The funds will be used to replace outdated robots for the community FIRST Lego League teams Helias Catholic hosts and to use during summer camps.

The Helias Catholic Robotics Club will offer a Robotics/STEM Summer Camp for junior high students entering sixth through eighth grades July 9-11, 2024. Click here for more information on the Crusader Camps website..
