to the stadium together. Graduation will begin promptly at 2:00PM.  Seniors wear the
full gown, cap & tassel.

BOYS: Dress shirt and tie, dress pants (black, navy or dark grey pants are preferred, but
do not buy a pair for this reason, khaki will work too), dress shoes and dark socks. No
earrings.  Boys should be clean shaven and hair must meet Helias appearance code
rules and be neatly groomed.
GIRLS: The girls should wear a dress or skirt & blouse, and appropriate dress shoes or
leather dress shoes, wedge heel or sandal/flats only, no high heels may be worn at
the Crusader Athletic Complex and no flip flops please.

ADMITTANCE: Each graduate will receive 3 “blue” seating tags which should be worn as
admission tickets into the FH for the Baccalaureate Mass.
In that same envelope there will be 6 “gold” admission tickets for the Graduation Ceremony to be used in case of inclement weather if Graduation Ceremony needs to be moved to the Field House on Sunday, May 19th .
Each senior student must stop by the business office starting May 8th to pick up and sign for his/her graduation seating tags. Once a student has signed for tags, no more will be given under any circumstances. Savings of seats will not be permitted. We will have faculty members serving as ushers and completely filling seats so that we might accommodate as many guests as possible. Three guests per graduate will fill the Field House, so please discourage those without a seating tag from attending. If you need more than three, we suggest that you ask other families if they have extra tags that they are not using. Please do not call the school office for more tickets. Please remember on Sunday, May 19th hopefully the sun will be shining and you may bring as many guests as you’d like to the Stadium for the Graduation Ceremony. [The Junior parents will host a reception following the Ceremony at the Stadium.]

PICTURES: Because nearly all families want a picture of their child when diplomas are
being distributed, we have contracted with a photographer to take pictures of the graduates receiving their diploma on the stage. Please refrain from coming up and taking a picture.  Pictures will be uploaded on the Zenfolio website “” for you to download and print off.
VIDEO: RSVP (Rod Smith Video Productions) will be video taping both the Baccalaureate
Mass and the Graduation Ceremony, plus some of the Project Graduation Party.  The form was mailed to Senior parents in March.
