A representative from the University of Missouri-Columbia will be in the Commons today during both lunch shifts.

There will be no speech meeting today after school. The next meeting will be next week, Tuesday, September 9th after school.

Please help us show some hospitality to the 8th graders today who are visiting from St. Stanislaus in Wardsville and St. Francis Xavier in Taos.

Campus ministry will be going on their annual South Bend, Indiana (Notre Dame) mission trip Oct. 23-26. This is a combination of service and spiritual opportunities. If you are interested in attending, please pick up an application in Coach Rockers room - room 209.  Please see Mrs. Luebbering Rm 202 if you have any questions. 

Campus Ministry would like to invite everyone to the discipleship group bonfire kick off event tonight (Thursday) at Saint Joseph Cathedral rectory! XLT adoration begins at 6:00 and the bonfire and s’mores will immediately follow. Bring a friend! We hope to see you there! 

Also, just a reminder that tomorrow is our first First Friday adoration. We will be having a Eucharistic procession immediately after brief morning announcements tomorrow morning. Teachers, Coach Rockers sent out an email yesterday describing this event in detail.  We look forward to having Jesus pass through our halls as we begin this school year! 

There will be a meeting for anyone interested in playing girls soccer tomorrow morning at 7:40 a.m. in Coach DeSha’s Room 13.

Preseason wrestling practices kick off next Wednesday, Sept. 10, from 4:00–5:30 PM in the wrestling room. All students interested in joining the team are welcome — no experience needed.
