Welcoming the Class of 2023 to our alumni family
Dear Helias Catholic family,
Tomorrow morning our seniors will gather in the school’s Auxiliary Gym for breakfast and to hear from alumnus Jennifer Pollock Schnieders ’93 as to how Helias Catholic has made a difference in her life. Our Director of Alumni Relations Ron Vossen and Mike Bruns of The Foundation for the Benefit of Helias Catholic High School will also offer a few remarks to the seniors. The program is the school’s first step in introducing our soon-to-be graduates to our alumni program and the significance of being an alumnus of Helias Catholic High School.
Our alumni programming continues to be a highlight of this year for our school community. After tomorrow’s senior breakfast, we will have a barbecue contest in April followed by a golf outing in Kansas City in May, then an opportunity to gather with alumni from the St. Louis area right after Memorial Day. If you are an alumnus and want to get involved in our alumni programming, please reach out to Ron at rvossen@heliascatholic.com.
Next week is Holy Week. I hope that the remaining days of Lent and the upcoming days of Holy Week are days filled with a deeper awareness of God’s love for you and your loved ones. My prayers and the prayers of our Helias Catholic community remain with you.
Live, Jesus, in our hearts — forever!
John Knight
Helias Catholic High School President
