Transcript Request

Current and former Helias Catholic High School students who need a copy of their transcript should complete the appropriate transcript request form.

There is a $5 transcript request fee to receive an official printed transcript, to be paid through the school’s online payment system. Please enter "Transcript Request" in the Notes field of the payment form.

There is no charge to request an unofficial electronic transcript.
