Sydney Suthoff breaks school record for volleyball aces

Helias Catholic High School junior Sydney Suthoff has set a new Crusader volleyball school record for most aces in a season with 77.

The previous record of 67 was set by Landrey VanOverschelde ’23 in 2022 — and, prior to 2020 when matches were best 2 of 3, 57 by Laura Schieber ’15 in 2014.
