Admissions

Welcome to Helias Catholic High School! We are here to help as future Crusaders and families work through the admissions process.

Application and Enrollment

Helias Catholic begins accepting new student applications for the upcoming school year in January.

The application process is as easy as 1-2-3: Apply, Enroll, and Register. Visit our application page for more information and a link to the application website.

Crusader for a Day

Helias Catholic’s Crusader for a Day program is a great way for junior high students to experience a day in the life of a Crusader. Schedule your Crusader for a Day shadow visit today!

Open House

Helias Catholic hosts an Open House event annually in the fall. This is a great chance for future Crusaders and families to tour the school; interact with current students, teachers, and staff; and explore extracurricular opportunities in activities, arts, and athletics.

FROSH Camp

Helias Catholic’s official “freshman orientation” day is called FROSH Camp, held annually in August before school starts. During FROSH Camp the newest class of Crusaders will learn from Student Council members about how to navigate the school, receive their course schedule, get to know new classmates in team-building and faith-building activities, and more.

Students can register for FROSH Camp after completing enrollment.

Tuition & Affordability

Thanks to the stewardship, partnership, and generosity of our community, Helias Catholic offers affordable tuition rates far below the national average and the actual cost to educate a student.

Support from our local Catholic parishes in the Diocese of Jefferson City allows students whose families are registered, active parishioners to receive a discounted tuition rate. Tuition for students who are not active Catholic parishioners is also offered at a rate less than half of the actual cost to educate a student at Helias Catholic.

For an outline of tuition and fees, as well as information about applying for tuition assistance, visit our Tuition & Affordability page.
