Retreats are an integral part of Helias Catholic’s campus ministry program, offering students an opportunity to step away from their regular class schedule to grow intentionally in faith and community.

Members of the freshman and sophomore classes participate in retreats during the fall semester.

Junior students attend a Kairos retreat in the fall or the spring or may choose to attend a men’s or women’s retreat for juniors and seniors.

Senior students may choose to attend an overnight retreat.
