The Crusader family welcomed the three-time Lady Crusaders state championship track teams from 1996-98 back to Helias Catholic during the home varsity football game October 3.

Almost 30 years ago, led by Head Coach Tom Emmel, the Lady Crusaders began a winning tradition for the Helias track team, holding the Missouri 3A state championship title in 1996. 1997, and 1998.
