Mrs. Lacy Ralston has been a school counselor at Helias Catholic since 2018 and is a 2002 graduate of the school. She holds a master’s degree in guidance counseling and educational leadership, as well as a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education, having attended North Iowa Area Community College, Lincoln University, and the University of Notre Dame.

Mrs. Ralston serves as the school counselor for students with last names Ho–Ph and is a faculty advisor for the National Honor Society.
