Helias Catholic recognizes Students of the Month for January 2024
Helias Catholic High School’s Students of the Month for January 2024 are senior Isaac Schatzer, junior Bryce Allen, sophomore Dean Bernskoetter and freshman Joesy Gore.
Isaac Schatzer, son of Dustin and Ramona Schatzer, is involved in wrestling and track and field at Helias Catholic. He is a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Jefferson City. The faculty member who nominated Isaac noted is intelligent, humble and a natural leader who is always prepared and participates fully in classroom activities.
Bryce Allen, son of Spencer and Christy Allen, is involved in football, wrestling and National Honor Society at Helias Catholic. He is a member of the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Jefferson City. The faculty member who nominated Bryce noted he is polite, attentive, and a team player with solid moral character.
Dean Bernskoetter, son of Donald and Vicki Braun, is a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Wardsville. The faculty member who nominated Dean noted he is kind and considerate and often helps other students understand course material.
Joesy Gore, daughter of Karen Gore, is involved in cross country, track and field, and basketball at Helias Catholic; she plays tuba for the Marching Crusaders and sings with the Living Praise worship band. She is a member of the Cathedral of St. Joseph. The faculty member who nominated Joesy said she is an outstanding student.
