Helias Freshman Admissions
A big event in any teenager’s life is going to high school! Many teens are excited about making new friends and having more course choices in high school. At Helias Catholic, we are dedicated to building a community of saints and scholars for Christ. Here you will find: a feeling of family; teachers who are dedicated and experienced in prioritizing academics; a strong sense of community, faith and service for those inside and outside the Helias community; and a wide variety of clubs and activities to help students find a place they can feel at home. We are here to help with the transition to high school!
Application and Enrollment as a Freshman
1. Attend our Open House on Feb. 2, 2019 from 11-1 OR come to one of two Application/Enrollment/Registration Sessions on Tues., Feb. 12 or Wed., Feb 13 from 4-6 pm. OR call or email our Admissions Director, Mrs. Sandy Hentges, to set up an appointment.
2. Applications/Enrollment Forms (online or print PDF – both links below) are due to the Helias Office on or before March 4, 2019 with a payment of $100. Enrollment forms must be complete before students can register for summer school or fall classes.
3. Tuition Contract: Please print, sign and return the contract by April 1. This contract confirms that you have agreed to pay tuition what method you will use. Tuition Contract
4. Freshman Registration Form: Please print, fill out and sign the form. Please contact an academic advisor if you have not spoken with one to sign the registration form and . Registration forms are due for incoming freshman by March 4. Freshman Registration Form 2019-2020

Any student who is already enrolled in grades 9, 10, 11 or 12 at another high school that would like to transfer to Helias Catholic, please contact our Admissions Office — 573-635-6139 or Director of Admissions email.
Many of our students take advantage of summer school classes in order to allow more opportunities for elective courses during their high school career. Please see the summer school page for more information. To attend Summer School you must be enrolled as a student at Helias for the fall.
Summer School classes will begin on May 28 and run through June 21, 2019.
Summer dress code is jeans or khakis and a collared shirt. Tennis shoes are allowed. Shorts are not allowed.
PE classes require a Helias PE tshirt and navy shorts. PE tshirts are available in the Sader Shop during school hours or from 8 am -1 pm throughout the summer.
