Families of students who will participate in a MSHSAA-sanctioned sport or activity this school year should take note of the important information and dates below.
Activities Registration through rSchoolToday
Helias Catholic uses the rSchoolToday sports management platform to electronically organize registration and medical information for student-athletes and activities participants. This is where all waivers will be signed and sports physical documentation will be uploaded. Use of this platform comes at no cost to students and families and allows Helias Catholic’s activities department, school nurse and head coaches to view this important information for each student under their care. To participate in athletics and activities at Helias Catholic, it is required to electronically sign each document through rSchoolToday.
To start the activities registration process for the 2024–25 school year, go to the rSchoolToday website at https://heliascatholic-ar.rschooltoday.com and, from the homepage, click on the "ATHLETIC TEAM REGISTRATION" icon.
If this is your first year at Helias Catholic or if you’ve never registered your family in rSchoolToday previously, click "Create New Account" as a NEW user. Once you receive an email confirmation, you will be directed back to the family account page. To start the registration process, click "REGISTER" on the left side of the screen. Be sure to use your child's legal name that was used when enrolling at Helias Catholic.
If you are a parent who created an rSchoolToday family account in a previous school year, click "Login to My Account" under "Returning Users."
Sports Physicals and Medical Eligibility
For the safety of our student-athletes, Helias Catholic requires student-athletes to receive an updated sports physical every year. In order to participate in MSHSAA-sanctioned athletics, students must have a current MSHSAA Medical Eligibility Form on file with the activities department before the first fall practice (August 12, 2024). The MSHSAA Medical Eligibility Form is available on the school website under Sports Physicals at www.heliascatholic.com/studentathletes; only page 5 should be submitted to the school.
Students who have not yet received a sports physical for the coming school year can complete registration in rSchoolToday that will remain pending until a current MSHSAA Medical Eligibility Form is uploaded.
